A Gathering Place for all

The Down Valley Attic offers groups of all kinds the chance to have your own memories in a place as unique as the Vail Valley. Music events, business presentations, family gatherings, sporting events, and group functions can all be arranged with ease at the Attic. Our space offers much more than your usual event center. The Attic offers a state-of the-art production venue that can be recorded/streamed/produced for groups from 20-60 people.

For the more social groups there is a private bar, kitchen, 9’championship pool table, championship foosball table, darts, and much more. Try the sports room filled with memorabilia or the stage room with all the music production equipment needed for a great event.
